This policy explains what information Site Ticket collects when you use our website, mobile apps, and the client-facing links contractors send to their customers, and how that information is used.
When you create a Site Ticket account, we collect your email address to manage sign-in. When you use the app to build estimates and invoices, you may enter information about your business (name, contact details, logo) and your clients (name, project address, project details) — this data is stored so you can access and reuse it across the estimates and invoices you create.
If you set up online payment collection, Stripe (our payment processor) collects and verifies the identity, banking, and business information needed to pay you directly — Site Ticket does not store your bank account details or government ID information; that data is held by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
If a client pays an invoice through Site Ticket, Stripe processes their card payment directly. We do not store client card numbers.
We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising.
We share information with the service providers that make Site Ticket work: Supabase (account sign-in and data storage), Stripe (subscription billing and payment processing), Railway and Vercel (hosting), and Resend (sending sign-in emails). Each of these providers only receives the information necessary to perform their specific function, and each maintains their own security and privacy practices.
A client-facing invoice link is accessible to anyone who has that specific link — this is by design, so you can share it with your client. Only the estimate or invoice content is shown; it does not expose your account or other saved documents.
We keep your account information and saved documents for as long as your account is active. If you want your account and data deleted, contact us using the information below and we will remove it.
Site Ticket is a business tool intended for contractors and tradespeople. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
